Welcome to FlatPack Bros. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services We Provide

FlatPack Bros provides flatpack furniture assembly services for domestic and commercial customers. Our services include the assembly of flat pack furniture, disassembly of furniture, and any related services as agreed between you and us.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • You can book our services via phone, email, or through our website.
  • Once we receive your booking, we will confirm the appointment via email or phone call.
  • You must provide accurate information about the furniture to be assembled and the address where the service will take place.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Our prices are based on the type of furniture, the complexity of assembly, and the time required.
  • We will provide a quote in advance, and any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before we proceed.
  • Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

4. Access to Premises

  • You must ensure that there is clear access to the area where the assembly is to take place.
  • Our team will require access to power outlets if necessary for tools, and adequate space to work.
  • If the assembly location is not accessible or safe, we may need to reschedule the appointment, and additional charges may apply.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the flatpack items are complete and in good condition prior to our arrival.
  • If parts are missing or damaged, please let us know in advance or before we begin work. We cannot be held liable for incomplete or damaged items.
  • Any delay or re-arrangement caused by missing parts will result in additional charges.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • If you are not present at the scheduled time or if we are unable to carry out the service due to circumstances beyond our control, we may charge a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We take great care in providing our assembly services, but we cannot accept responsibility for any damages to furniture, walls, floors, or other property that occurs during the assembly process unless it is due to our negligence.
  • We are not responsible for any defects or issues with the furniture itself, as this is the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.

8. Complaints and Disputes

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
  • Any disputes will be dealt with in accordance with UK law.

9. Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your personal data. Any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
